Works well on 1st use and then absolutely useless after that. Waste of money.

The packaging says "Facial Hair remover" or on reverse of box "Epilateur pour le visage". It does not say Shaver which is what it is, it does not remove hair from the root, NOT an epilator. Very misleading packaging and not what i was after at all.

C'est n'est pas un épilateur mais un rasoir ! Les poils repoussent plus vites et plus dures. Pour être efficace, il faudrait le faire tous les jours … pas comme un épilateur

I've been buying another brand of facial shaver for years and saw the Phillips one online. It's fantastic so much better than the other brand I purchased, I've had it for three months now and use it daily and haven't needed to change the battery. It works well and easy to use.

It is hard to assemble once you dessemble it for cleaning, not user friendly

I like the razor just fine, performance-wise, but I've very disappointed that you cannot buy replacement heads!!

Not good, I was about to buy the other brand. but ended up buying philips as I trust this brand for years. but this product is not that good as per my wife

This is a great device to remove unwanted hair. Super compact, and perfect for traveling. I highly recommend it.

I love this and would give it 5 starts, but I need a replacement blade and can't find one. Waste of money if you cant replace the blades!

Having bought, tried and disposed of many brands of facial hair remover, I can happily say this is the very best I've ever used. It painlessly does the job giving me the confidence that its sturdy, ergonomic design will give me long usage.
