It works, just determining if its value is correct

I have not received my order. Why you use USPS I really don't understand. They are notoriously unreliable. Can someone please reach out to me?

Charger cable included (usb c to usb c), however wall adapter not included. Nose hair trimmer accessory is useless for smaller nose & ear hairs. The only good working accessory is the straight edge. The unit is bent/crooked which makes it slightly awkward to use the straight edge accessory. Otherwise the unit seems well built and has a strong motor when running. Unfortunately just poorly designed for my particular needs.

It's okay.... I like the adaptation of product, battery lasts long before ReCharging... I am not Impressed, the price was decent, I have had cheaper products do the same thing, the blade is harsh & rough

Great product with a great design. Feels really high end but at a great price.

Everything as described. Work's great and it's really small. Shipping is as usual blazing fast. Great service.

The product seems to be well-built and feels sturdy, but unfortunately, it doesn't cut very well. I have to go over the same areas multiple times just to get all the hair, which makes the process take much longer than it should. I expected better cutting performance given the overall build quality.

Unfortunately, after receiving it and using it several times, I have been extremely disappointed with the results. The shave was very poor, and initially I assumed that I might simply be using the product incorrectly. I therefore watched several videos and tutorials to make sure I was using it correctly, but unfortunately this did not improve the results. Having tried it on multiple occasions, I can honestly say that it has been one of the poorest shaves I have experienced. The result was sufficiently disappointing that I have gone back to waxing, as I found this gave me a much better result. Given the product has not performed as I expected, I would like to request a refund. Could you please confirm whether I am able to return the item and what the process would be?

Works great just want I needed at the right now. Light is nice and its just the right size for ears and nose work haha Hope it last a long time and get many of years of use out of it. Also so far the battery is holding up well and I haven't had to charge it yet.

Product was shipped with incorrect charging cable. Contacted Customer Service. Was told someone would get right back to me. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing. So for the moment, I can't even use the product.
