Having to take a separate supplement for iron
I love this prenatal gummy! The taste, texture, plus dha and omega 3s are included in the formula which is a huge plus. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because olly advertises "A complete multivitamin for Mommy & Baby" but this prenatal does not contain the much needed iron pregnant mamas need.

I really really really wanted to like this but unfortunately it's a no from me. I've taken other Olly vitamins and have had no problem with them before, but this one in particular makes my stomach so upset. For one, these gummies are huge compared to other OTC prenatal gummies. And they're very diff...

These do not upset my stomach, even if I take them on an empty stomach, and don't contain iron, which constipated me, BUT they have given me the most foul smelling urine. So bad I stopped taking them. The choline, folic acid, B6, and omegas had me worried I had a uti or bv. I wish I could get past the smell and keep taking these but I can't. It's awful and embarrassing. I think they also lowered my PH which made my skin more irritated. I had to throw them away to take my life back.

They're easy to eat and don't cause as much nausea in those first few weeks as other prenatals, however check the amounts of vitamins in the ingredients and the ingredients themselves. I needed ALOT more iron & id prefer far more DHA. There's a lot of vitamins out there with great marketing that really aren't the best choice- but if they work for you then that's all that matters.

olly.com/These are by far the best tasting prenatal vitamins I had tried, they kind of remind me of peach o's candy. I've tried 4 other brands that I couldn't stomach in the first trimester. I really appreciate the fast they shipped them with an ice pack, in Arizona it's hard to get vitamins through the mail that aren't melted.
