Can not open it! Wasted money. Wont do this again.

I owned the creamy version of the gentle cleanser formula and absolutely loved it, I bought it for years. However, that has been discontinued. I have tried to use both this foaming formula and the acne-prone skin formula and both dry my skin out. Please bring back the creamy formula

I've been using this product for over 10 years! They have changed the bottle and the label, but the product still does the job! If you lather it up really well, it easily removes dirt, make up, or anything off of skin and is so gentle on the face. Have very reactive skin and have never had an issue with this product.

Bought this looking for a gentle cleanser, the smell of this cleanser is disgusting. Tried using it a few times and could not CONTINUE. Waste of money.

I love love loved the old formula. Used it for 5+ years twice daily. Unfortunately, its become quite a bit more watery and less "cleansing". If you are very sensitive, this might work for you, but for me it was less of a gel and more like... a slightly cleansing toner. i gave the whole bottle a go, but was pretty disappointed and i've been breaking out. hoping they bring back the old formula in some form.

I am so tired of neutrogena changing formulas on their "sensitive skin" products. This used to be my holy grail, add new products rather than ruining the ones you currently have!!

my skin is ultra sensitive to the foaming ingredient. you did have a non foaming product which was the only one i could find that was good for my skin. but for some reason it was discontinued. do you have anything that will be sensitive, hydrating and not foam? if so i will be a customer for life.

I was SKEPTICAL about it removing makeup……to my SURPRISE, it did! Lathers nicely! I will DEFINITELY purChase again.

Formula changed, this one makes my skin burn. Used it in the shower and its still burning.

This cleanser is a very gentle and nice cleanser. I have been using it for several years. However... With My latest purchase, I noticed the bottle looked different. When I attempted to open the new bottle to activate the pump, it actually took me over an hour just to get the pump to work. By accident, I actually got it to work. I actually had to go online to try to find instructions, where I read that so many people have this problem. I Don't even know if I could do it again. Not sure if I will be buying this again. Should not be that complicated.
