Really hard to use

HI there - I needed a new mouth guard for travel and didn't have access to my $400 dentist issued one. I bought this one and it seems to be better. My old one fits on the bottom teeth - this one on the top teeth. It is easy to configure and is small and does the job. I certainly won't be getting a new one from the dentist again as this is as good (or even a bit better). The dentists mark everything up and have maintained COVID prices when no longer needed. Also we have no insurance and they charge us the same - even though they get paid upfront and don't have to wait. This mouth guard brand seems to work well - I can recommend it...

If the fit doesn't work the first time, you wasted over $40. Instructions say do it again if it doesn't fit, but the guard shriveled up to the point where it didn't even reach my teeth the second time.

I am not on my 5th or 6th one since trying them, if only they were indestructible! You do have to follow the instructions exactly! The few times I didn't they didn't fit properly- current one included. But once you get that perfect fit, the comfort and sleep are amazing!! I also found that sucking in my cheeks and sucking the water from the mouth guard while bitting down hard to shape it and pressing my hands against my check also helps form them to my back teeth. To the point I've needed to use my fingers to pop the guard off. That's how I've gotten the best fit.

Fitting tray was too small. The guard shrunk so much it became useless. No Not recommend.

Not a soft silicon. Couldn't mold it. Followed all instructions. I would never recommend this waste of money. Feels like hard plastic.

I read the instructions through once and then followed step by step (with a timer to follow precise instructions) and it's a huge relief that it fits so well, doesn't press against my front teeth, and doesn't feel like rock-hard plastic between my teeth like the one I got from the dentist and I stopped wearing due to the discomfort out it. This one is cushy, snug and staying in place, moulded to my side teeth. I find it actually soothing. The price is an added bonus and better than my dentist one which was hundreds of dollars. Makes it more accessible to those who can't get to the dentist. Such a win! I can't wait to send one to my brother!

Best grind-guard I have ever used! I have had my current one for a year and it's still holding up very well. I have tried several in the past and none have suited my needs like this dental guard has. Being able to mold it to your teeth is great and not having it take up your whole mouth is game-changing. I can see there being an issue for larger-mouthed persons having trouble since this is on the smaller end of the scale for grind-guards but that's what makes it so ideal! HIGHLY recommend.

this mouthguard was very hard to form to my mouth. I tried once, didn't work. I tried again, it worked but not great. Then, I realized that it was lopsided, too much plastic on one side. I went to adjust it in hot water and it deformed completely and I couldn't use it anymore. Don't buy this!

Followed the instructions 3 times and the plastic is simply too hard. The instructions say your teeth will sink into the mold after being in boiling water, and I could barely make my top molar impression on them the first 2 times. My final third attempt it was only a slightly deeper impression but definitely not one where my teeth sunk into it and it could easily detach from my teeth, thereby being a huge choking hazard. The third attempt also hurt my jaw from so much stress trying to make the impression. I did not experience this with another off the counter dental night guard. Read the reviews for this product on google. Many complaints of the same. I will see if there is a way I can return this. This product shouldn't be on shelves or be sold in my opinion.
