My wife bought these for me to try. These are Mediums, and I'm putting them in a 9 1/2 size shoe. Within the first couple hours of walking, I can feel the difference, I feel comfort in my foot and less tension in my calves. It's subtle but noticeable. I like that these aren't thick, I usually have to remove the insert in my shoe to get a fit if the inserts are thick. This makes sense, the shape and padding are substantial enough to accomplish their purpose but not so thick they change the feel of the shoe. I will continue to wear them and see how they work out. So far so good!

I have these in every shoe, even slippers. Easy fit, no cutting to size. Comfortable and supportive! Most recently bought at Walgreens. Best orthotic value easily.

I think that if you have a size 6 narrowish foot these might be fantastic, unless the length of your foot from the middle of your arch to the ball is < 3"; if that section of your foot is too short the front puffy bit will be under your toes vs. under the ball. That said, I don't understand how the manufacturers can advertise that this insole is for a range of foot sizes. For these supports to work properly the distances from your metatarsal arch (ball of your foot) to your main arch and from the centre of your heel to your main arch must match that of the support. The puffy section at the opposite end to the heel is meant to sit under your metatarsal arch (ball of your foot) not under your main transverse arch. Manufacturers must understand this when it comes to contoured/padded insoles! They should be made for single size ranges, i.e., a 7 to cover 6 1/2 to 7 1/2. I have a 7 1/2 - 8 ladies foot size. The distance from the arch to the heel of the insole, once the front end sits where it should, is a good inch too short for my foot placing the heel cup ridge in the middle of my heel :( It is not conceivable that one of these could cover foot shapes ranging from a size 6 to 10. No manufactured by anyone unless they make them somehow adjustable.

I have tried many insoles these are the best fit and work great in my cowgirl boots! I am walking in more comfort with these than any others I've bought before!

I had ACL reconstruction surgery a year ago and I can't tolerate any of my shoes. I started using insoles and ended up "re-gifting" them after only hours of use. They were expensive, the hard plastic arches were unbearable. I found these at my local store and ended up giving them a shot. I went back the following day to get more, It was the first time my knees felt normal since surgery. I own a pair in each of my shoes at this point and I'm looking forward to trying the other products.The top fabric layer will peel off over time or washes. It has not made them any less effective, the foam was still intact and I wear them with socks anyways. I end up replacing them every few months in my everyday shoes/Athletic shoes. Highly recommend to my fellow friends with bad knees.

These inserts are too short for my size 6 (UK) or 39 (Europe), so average. So they're uncomfortable to wear since the end is under the ball of the foot. Wonder why they're so short.

I purchased this one and the one for plantar. Neither one work and made my feet feel worse. When I went to my podiatrist he laughed and said what was I going to do with these. Then I went to the shoe store to get fitted for another pair of shoes he said I wasted my money. Would not recommend this product.

I have been using ProFoot Triad orthotics for over 5 years. I put a pair in each pair of shoes I wear. I wear these in my shoes everyday. I buy several pairs or more a year so all my shoes are comfortable. I cannot wear shoes without these. I have to have comfortable feet and these triad orthotics have been the solution.
