lansinoh.comI purchased this item to use as a cold pack after surgery. The beads warmed so quickly when held against my skin and therefore the packs were not helpful at all. I attempted to use them later on as a warm compress, but after ten seconds in my microwave (according to directions) the pack exploded. Unfortunately I feel like this product was a waste of money.

The only thing is not to let them touch when they're in the microwave because mine did and they got stuck together from the heat and now one of them has a hole. Other than that they stayed warm for the time I needed them

lansinoh.comLove they these came with a soft cover. I put them in the microwave inside the cover on a clean plate. I do have to microwave for a little longer than the directions for then to be warm enough to make a difference .
