It's not even a month and the product started to fail. Took them about two weeks to send a replacement. This massage gun also doesn't last for an hour.

I have bought many massagers in my lifetime, but the Theragun is by far the best massager I have ever owned. It is a bit pricey, but it works so well. The heat attachment gets really hot ( it is adjustable), but it brings such relief to my aching muscles. It is money well spent.

5*

The heated component already isn't working and I've only had it for 1 month!!!

I love my MacBook Pro. It's amazing.

I have used different massagers for many years. One of our best massagers was the Thumper years ago manufactured here in Canada. We bought the theragon Pro 4th gen just under 3 years ago. It was powerful enough but was pretty noisy and did have some quality issues. Theragun through their warranty program was able to replace this unit for us. We received the newest Theragun Pro Plus as a replacement and it is fantastic. It addresses all the shortcomings of the Gen 4 Pro that we had previously. It's quiet, very smooth performance and the heat feature is quite nice and well implemented. The red light therapy and the heart rate sensor are nice additions, although probably not necessary. Thank-you Theragun! I do wish parts and repair were more readily available for your massagers, however after some frustration you guys came through with flying colors replacing my massager which I am very thankful for!

Absolutely love this product! It is expensive, but you really get what you pay for with the Theragun Pro Plus! The amplitude is perfect at 16mm, other brands that cap their stroke length at 12mm are good, but you can really *FEEL* the difference that a good 16mm massage gun can provide! The quick twist attachment method was an incredible upgrade from the basic push and pull method, and it gives you a secure feeling for the attachments. It feels secure, in terms of the structure of the attachments and as well as the placement. You know they will not fall or be thrown off because its locked in place, as well as knowing that they will not break or wear down as quickly as the previous attachments due to ware and tear. The heat, vibration and cold attachments are also amazing additions. It eases pain and aids in reducing swelling, coming from experience, they simply work! The size is pretty big, but the Pro Plus feels like premium device while in use. The silicone gives a comfortable grip and it has a hefty weight to it! The older audience might have trouble holding it for those extended periods of use, but for quick 10 minute tension relief, it's simply perfect! This massage gun is built to last, and is meant for those serious about their recovery and overall well-being. From helping pro level athletes in recovering for the night, or simply releasing some tension from working all day, this massage gun hits every point you want it too!
