Ok so the name matches the scent perfectly. "Terre" is french for earth, ground, soil & that's basically what it smells like. A nice fresh healthy forest scent that is masculine. The scent is both a strong high quality one that is also subtle and pleasing at the same time & not assaulting or over-powering. I don't usually like the typical "musk" scent a lot of men's fragrances have but this one i love. Would definitely buy again. I have very sensitive skin & have not had any irritation from it but so far i've only been using it occasionally. It says it's alcohol free but one of the words in the ingredients list from the box says alcohol so do with that what you will.
