What happened to the original take it away make remover, which cost considerably less than this and was great. It was excellent for removing eye makeup, this is not. Seems Estee lauder does this regularly, discontinues reliable products and replaces with more expensive products that are not as goo...

esteelauder.com0 stars from me. quite literally one of the worst "makeup removers" i've ever used. i followed the directions and tried both rinsing and tissues, neither one removes my makeup. all this product does is smear my makeup all over my face and burn my skin from the HEAVY fragrance. no benefits what so ever in this cleanser. i will be going back to my favorite cleaner/ makeup remover, hyper real oil cleanser.

esteelauder.comI use several different Estee Lauder products, including the Double wear foundation every day. I received the makeup remover in a gift bag. This product just isn't it. It says to use on a dry face. It did not remove even half of my makeup and after I rinsed it off, my face felt like it had been covered in lard.

esteelauder.com/I wouldn't recommend this for eye makeup removal or heavy makeup applications. It's okay for a light powder but really no more effective than their foaming cleansers. Save your money get the oil based cleansing bomb and the eye makeup remover.

Beware though, the last two bottles I purchased from EL ended up with the pump breaking when I still had a little over 1/3 of the cream in the bottles. Since it is so thick I can't get the rest out of the bottle. When I contacted EL the customer representative wasn't inclined to do anything for me. I'll be going back to my previous makeup remover.
