I used to love this product when it was in the blue bottle. You can call it a "new look" all you want to but you changed far more than the packaging. The entire product is different and it went from great to terrible. It is so bad I'm having to THROW IT AWAY. Time to find a new brand. Ugh,

I have fine, thin, straight hair, shoulder length. This shampoo makes it so incredibly tangled, nothing enables me to comb it out. I've tried 4 different conditioners and also a leave-in detangler. Nothing works. It doesn't smell very good, either. I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money. So much of my hair came out while I was trying to comb it out, too.

The BEST shampoo and conditioner Pantene has, and it gets discontinued or no longer sold anywhere. And others not as good are the ones sold everywhere. Completely disappointed.

Recently tried this shampoo as the previous reviews were good. The shampoo cleansed my color treated hair and it felt nice and soft after styling.

Pantene's Biotin Shampoo and conditioner literally saved my scalp and hair! Pantene Nutrient Blends is a great product. It works very well with color treated hair. I definitely notice cuz I always use a color treated shampoo and conditioner Pantene has always been my go-to washing my hair. You will not be disappointed in this great product!.

Ugh I'm so sad because I loved the new Pantene color shampoo they just came out with. But then they tweaked the packaging as well as the ingredients and it's now causing me to have horrible face acne. Please go back to the last one it was. The one I loved was the one that didn't have gold fire works on it

I have heavily bleached hair that I tone regularly. I always need moisture but also want to protect the color with the hopes I can maintain my style for as long as possible. This shampoo has that distinct pantene smell to it and seemed to do its job
