I've used this nightly for 3 years and I'm on my 3rd bottle—it's my all-time favorite. My favorite part is the initial gel; it feels incredibly protecting, moisturizing, and "cushiony" so there is zero pulling on the skin. ​It's perfectly gentle on the eyes and removes all makeup effortlessly. I purchased this as expecting it to be a high end product. The gel smells like a pungent cheap perfume. The smell lingers after you wash it off. Shoppers Drig Mart Sherway would not accept it as a return or even exchange it as I didn't have the receipt. I only used it 3 times. The Chanell rep, Vicki, recognized me but could do nothing to help me. I gave the product away to some person in the store,
