What a disgusting sticky matting if a brown turd-le mess it made in my hair! It didn't even smell good. I had to wash it out. But after 4 scrubbing scalp tool shampooing rinse and repeats with 4 different shampoos - 3 of which were "cleanisng" shampoos including a Kristen Ess, the water never ran clean. I gave up and just conditioned … twice… hoping that would help get the water to run clean. Nope. Next I have to go back and continue scrubbing my hair brush and comb and maybe figure out yet another cleaner to use with my scrub brush to try to get them clean of sticky brown coating too.

I love how this dry shampoo absorbs oil without leaving any residue. Gives me hair a nice refresh and some volume in between my washes. Does come out a warmer shade of brunette when first sprayed on the hair but blends in nicely once you work it in.

Absolutely love this dry shampoo. I've dried all of the brands under the sun. Dove, not your mother's, Batiste, OGX.. & more, but this one is the best to me hands down. It gives my hair volume as if I had showered and dried it. It blended in without leaving any white residue (since it's brunette. I will only use this one!

Ordered this product while I was at the beach and it worked perfectly. Having brunette.hair I always have to worry about the white that dry shampoo leaves but not this one. It worked perfectly and didn't leave any residue.

I used it for the first time on day 3 of not washing my hair and my hair looked great all day! The hint of color is perfect and I love the soft scent as well.

I've used at least 10 different dry shampoos in the last few years and this one definitely ranks up there as one of the best. It does leave slightly more residue than I would prefer (which is why I give it 4 out of 5 stars) but overall it really is great. Definitely would recommend to other dark-haired people looking for an alternative to over done daily washings.

I've had very little success with dry shampoos in general. Either they don't work, have an awful texture, or most of all they tend to turn my naturally black hair white or grey. This is the FIRST time I've ever found one that left my hair feeling nice, looking shiny, and smelling great without aging me 10 years. I will absolutely stock up on this again. It's been a lifesaver on busy weeks when I didn't have time to wash my hair as often as usual. I'm a big fan. Whatever this formula is, please never change it!

It worked absolutely wonderfully! I've used other brands of dry shampoo and sometimes would get some light residue. i just figured it's better than what it was and this would be as good as it was going to get from being oily. Boy was I wrong! This brunette dry shampoo is amazing! There was no residue. My hair didn't turn stiff either. You definitely can't even tell that I haven't washed my hair in a couple days. It is a major life saver when I run out of time and just need to run out the door.

The Kristin Ess - Style Reviving Brunette Dry Shampoo is my new Holy Grail for my long, dark hair. As a brunette, I find it really challenging to use a dry shampoo without it leaving a white cast or patches of white power on my roots even with brushing in, allowing it time to saturate and shaking my hair. With the Style Reviving Brunette Dry Shampoo, I NEVER have that problem. It goes on without a trace. I use it on my hair line and my part. I allow it to set and soak up any oils and then I comb through and style. I was able to put it to the real test during quarantine when my hair had not been washed in 3 days (I know, totally gross!). After two days of not washing my hair, I was happy to use this product. It lifted up my roots and really soaked up excess oil. I have brunette hair and this was a real treat to use with my color. I would definitely recommend.
