I LOVE this color and was so excited to try. Unfortunately, my first attempt to line my lips, the tip completely broke off. I have not tried to use a pencil yet but was very disappointed that happened.

Soft, creamy and so easy to apply, I purchased Very Berry and I have to say it's my absolute favorite loner. I love the matte finish as you can wear it as an all over lip color and it's got staying power as well. It blends easily with other products to achieve so many different looks. The price point is great as well as the product itself. I just bought a dozen more in his gorgeous shades.

I love how silky this went on it was so easy to apply. It wore for a decent amount of time with eating and drinking and talking. The shade is fabulous was a perfect nude for my lips. While lining the lips there is no tugging on the skin so it's not easy to apply. As a makeup artist lips are a big part of the makeup I hunt for. The pigment in this liner is so good that you don't have to draw over lines. Hi, my name is Kaisa! I have been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 8 years and a beauty lover my entire life. I will admit that I go back and forth on using a lip liner. I always love the results when I take the time to use one however I dont always allow time for it. I do know for a fact I will be making time to use the Jason Wu Shade Royal lip liner. It is a beautiful creamy formula that glides on the lips effortlessly. I tested this lip liner out a few different ways and was happy with each version. The first way I used it was to line my lips before I put on the Jason Wu Matte Cream I was also sent. That gave me a lip combo that lasted all night. The second way I used it was to line my lips before I put on the Jason Wu Lip oil that I was sent. It gave my lips a defined look all night that had a beautiful pink shade to them. The third way I used it was as an all over color. It doesn't take much to get it all over with how creamy it is. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lip product that lasts. This lip liner is absolutely my favorite. I love me some lip products especially a lip liner. This is glides onto my lips seamlessly without tugging on to my skin, and going into the creases of my lips. It's very pigmented and long lasting. This is great to wear by itself, with a gloss, or a lipstick. However, the color isn't the perfect shade for me. I have the lip liner in the shade royal. It's to light and makes me looked washed out. This shade is better for a lighter skin tone. Besides the color not being a great match for me this is a great lip liner. As an esthetician and makeup artist this is going to be a staple item for me, personally and professionally. It's even marked at a great price point. For the longest time i never bothered to use lipliner because i thought it wasnt necessary but as i got older i realized how useful a good one can be. The jason wu stay in line lip liner is a creamy liner in a beautiful nude shade. The shade royal was perfect it matched my lips exactly and it can be used with any nude lipstick or even on its own with a gloss on top! This is a sharpanable pencil so make sure you have one on hand. This is the first time ive tried jason wu beauty and i have been pleasantly surprised by the quality! The Royal shade in particular was very well thought out because its a nude that suits both warm and cool undertones. Lipliners are seriously life to me so it's very important for me to find one that works for me. Trust me…not all are created equal. I was really loving the Jason Wu Beauty Stay In Line - Royal for a couple of reasons. First off, the formula is beautiful. It glides on so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about any tugging on my lips. It contains Vitamin-E and Jojoba Oil. You can actually feel how smooth the ingredients are in this product. This product also dries down to a matte finish which I love because it also stays put without feathering or rubbing around everywhere on my lips and face. The formula itself is amazing but I need to also give a shout-out to this color Royal because it's such a pretty mauvy pinky nude color. If you're a lip liner lover like me….get this product!
