BOUGHT TWO - CADDIES MISSING I bought two of these. Just opened mine tonight (the other was a gift that has already been given). Neither one came with the carry caddy. The chat option said it couldn't find a caddy for the StainForce. The caddy is one of the reasons I bought this thing. I've never had any luck with Shark returning my e-mails for another product.

Love the power, drying speed and easy use and clean up!

Recently purchased. Only used it a few times, it seems to work as described. I do like the fact that it is portable. It removed the stains and do like the suction and drying speed of the cleaner. Only wish that it would hold a charge a little longer.

I have a love hate relationship with this thing. First off I had one and it said that the tank wasn't attached which I guess was due to the sensors. So they sent me a new one which I was so excited for. I go to clean up a small spill. 2 seconds in it says it is full. I can't even see the liquid in the bottom of it. So irritating and I'm so over it.

We have used a traditional plug-in, shampooing machine for many years, but wasn't happy with the cleanup and hassle. So we decided to give this cordless handheld shark stain force a try and so far we really love it. It's portable. It's quick. It's easy to use and the cleanup is such a lifesaver. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone, especially if they can find a good deal.

As a mom of 3 my mess piles up daily especially cause all they do is spill and this thing has been a lifesaver. I love that it's cordless and it allows me to clean any mess, any where. So far I have gotten rid of the toughest stains including pizza sauce

I purchased this and it's been awesome but since I unboxed it it will work for 30 sec then it starts blinking and no matter how much I clean and dry it out it won't stay on.

I followed the directions, and it made coffee stains on my rug so, so much worse. It seems like the solution just captured the stain and pulled it outwards. I've tried redoing the whole process on the edges of the expanded stains, and nothing works. I want a refund and reimbursement for my ruined rug.

We bought the HX100 in January of 2026. The unit's motor was intermittent at best. After contacting customer service when the units completely stopped working, they quickly responded and determined that our unit needed to be replace and upgraded us to the new model (HX101). This was done without arguement. This new model has been working great after a couple weeks. It's quick and easy to use, clean, disassemble and reassemble. Thanks Shark for the excellent support.

Bought this to help remove stains on my new beige sofa. Tried it out on a small area, followed the instructions to the letter and I've been left with a far worse dark ring. Will not be using again.
