It seems to solidify quite easily- so much so the pumps have stopped working and the cleanser becomes like an iceberg in the liquid. This is very strange as it has never happened before, so I am wondering whether there has been a change in the ingredients. The "iceberg" breaks up a little if the bottle is shaken and it helps further if it is heated! I won't be buying it again, although sadly I bought a bottle recently.
