This is the best eye makeup remover on the market! It is so gentle on my eyes.. It says it is for heavy waterproof make up, which I do no wear but it does burn or irritate my eyes at all. It is very moisturizing and soothing! I used to use the Nutrogena one but stopped because it is not cruelty-free and vegan. I had been searching for one that is part oil and water (that you need to shake to mix) and I have found it! And it is far superior than my old product! The oil part moisturizes the delicate skin around your eye and the water part removes your make up gently. I have already ordered another bottle!
