I love this product and the way it cleans my face. But, the ingredients include fragrance and alcohol. I will no longer be buying this product.

This used to be the only cleanser I used that didn't dry my skin out, now my whole face is starting to break out after they changed the formula.

I used to love this cleansing cream. It was gentle on my skin, it was refreshing, the scent was great, and it worked well with my oily skin. Now that they changed the formula I am so oily in less than an hour. I think it makes me more oily than I was before. Please bring back the old formula!!

Skin absorbs anything placed upon it. This product is about as pure as one can find and is a wonderful cleanser for my face. Have used it for several years and am extremely satisfied with its natural ingredients

Honestly, this product would be great for someone who doesn't have to worry much about what they put on their skin. For sensitive skin/acne prone skin, this is not the product for you. I am on week 2 of using this face wash, week one was fine but I did immediately realize that this product left a film or an extra layer of something on my skin that was almost water resistant. It left my skin sticky/waxy. I continued to use the product because I thought it was maybe adding protection to my skin? I don't really know what I thought. After about a week of using I started breaking out like crazy. My chin, cheeks, nose, every where! With previous acne caused by hormones, it was just my chin area. To get a pimple on my cheek is so rare for me. After stopping the use of this product, my skin started to clear up immediately. Overall, I would not recommend this product. I stand by this brand regardless because i do love some of their other products. But…. Just because you love their chapstick doesn't mean you should touch this product with a 12 ft pole.

This product is so fantastic! My skin loves it. My face feels fresh and renewed after using it. I use it every night as part of my nighttime ritual and my face is so happy 😄.

At first my face was bad I had slot of acne I thought I was going to be like this forever then I realized maybe my face is the same as my mom sou stared to use the same face wash and now my face is basically clear. Thank you Burt's and bees

I love how gentle this face wash is. It makes my face feel soft and clean! The scent is light and lovely. It lathers up real nicely and the ingredients aren't bad at all compared to many other face washes.

I love Burt's Bees so I was extremely excited to give this a try. I am so glad I did the smell is amazing. The lather and deep cleaning to my skin was highly satisfying. I felt a lil tingle just how I like that made it even better. I've been using this for a couple weeks and I noticed my skin is less oily and feels softer.

I am a fan of Burt's Bee's and do like how well this does clean. I feel it does clean my skin deeply. My skin does feel good after using it. It goes on and off my skin well. There is no nasty smell to it. Overall I like it and will continue to use it.
