As someone with plaque psoriasis that flares up really badly, I had an 'I'll try anything' moment, and gave this a go. The immediate, instant relief from itching that this product gave me darn near brought me to tears. From being very itchy non stop and incredibly uncomfortable all of the time, to 100% immediate relief. The cooling sensation the serum provides feels like heaven. Im positive won't be a permanent relief, but I'm sitting here half an hour after application to still feeling the full power of the cool itch-free sensation. I don't expect the serum to clear the plaques or provide long term relief, but even if I get an hour or two of relief to be able to truly relax is 100000% worth it. This is the relief felt as someone with a scalp that is itchier than 100 mosquito bites. I believe if you're someone with slight dandruff and mild itch, the length of time it helps would be so much longer! I truly think that this should become a staple in every person who struggles with an itchy scalps daily routine. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I have gone through multiple bottles of this because I love it so much. It's the best thing for a winter dry scalp. I use it after my shower and really anytime I see dry, flakey patches on my scalp. I also use it as a pre-shampoo scalp treatment.

For general irritation, pruritus, this is the best product I've found. If you cannot address the cause of your scalp irritation, this will help soothe. The menthol (counterirritant) will provide immediate, 100% relief (albeit temporary). The moisturizers and anti-inflammatories help to continue soothing. I use a topical medication with the side effect of an itchy scalp; this gel is a godsend to counteract the irritation.

Exactly what I was looking for. A liquid to get into the scalp and relief the itch. I also have been using the face cream that has left my severely dry eyelids nice and smooth. Highly recommend these products.
