I would give this a 3.5 if I could. I love the color selection. The color is pigmented, the formula is a little thicker. It is creamy and glides across your lips without tugging. The formula isn't hydrating or drying on me. Has the light vanilla scent that doesn't linger. I don't love this formula on dry lips, I feel like it settles into lines and clings to dry spots. You definitely want to exfoliate before using this if you have drier lips
