I'm giving it 4 stars only because I wish ROC used ECO packaging. Way too much plastic and unnecessary packaging.

And yes, I used hyaluronic acid before I applied the serum. And yes. I started slow like every three nights. My face burns when I apply moisturizer. I've been using cold compresses and aloe vera gel to calm it down. It's very noticeable. Friends and family are asking me what happened. I am so upset and disappointed.
