I normally use Perfectly Clean Infusion in the Spring and Summer and change to Soft Clean Infusion in the Fall and Winter. However, I don't really care for the strong scent of the Soft Clean Infusion (nice but too strong,) so I tried this toner. I love the scent of this toner and the fact that it moisturizes my skin more. Higher price but worth it. Please don't discontinue this. Thank you.

No smell it's liquid feeling goes on smoothly. I used in the morning and at night before bed. Came in great packaging and condition.

I placed an order at EsteeLAuder.com and have been a customer for many years. Unfortunately my last ordered was returned to EsteeLauder.com by UPS. I was told by customer service that it was an internal error on Estee Lauders part and I would have to wait days for an email and then a later refund but I would be billed for the one product I received. And nothing could be done I would not receive my gift with purchase. I was given a basic "apology" and no help or way to resolve the situation. It was a terrible experience. Estée Lauder no longer cares about customer service. I am extremely saddened by the entire experience.

I have used the Softening Lotion every day for more than 15 years. Use it twice a day - morning and night followed by Estee lauder day cream or night cream. It cleanses and softens the skin. Just apply the lotion to a cotton ball. It works very well.

I just received my product and I really like it. I do need help, though. My nightly routine includes wash, Perfectly Clean Infusion, Nutritious melting mask, ANR followed by EL moisturizer. I love these products. All of them. I am hooked on the mask because it makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. Where do I work the new product in? I did use it last night instead of the mask but it wasn't the same.
