I can't get over how small this jar is. There's barely enough product in here for me to wash my face 4-5 times. The only good thing I'll say about this cleansing balm is that it smells amazing.

I actually really like this cleansing balm. The texture is very smooth and sorbet-like and the scent reminds me of banana cream pie. I've tried many different kinds of cleansing balms and this washes off just fine for me, not sure why other reviewers are saying this. I took off a star because it's a bit pricey for the amount in the tub.

I've been hunting for a makeup remover that could tackle my waterproof mascara, and wanted to see if balm products were all they promise to be. Other balms didn't work at all, but this one by Quo *chef's kiss*! It takes away my waterproof mascara no problem, along with other makeup, and I feel it does a better job at cleaning off my waterproof sunscreen compared to my regular cleanser! It may not seem like it's doing anything when you rub it on your face, but everything washes off once you use a face cloth. And personally I love the scent; but that's just me. Either way, I definitely recommend this product if you want try out cleansing balms!

I have very dry skin and this is a nice oily cleanser, it is not hard to wash off. Leaves my skin soft. You only need a very small amount, size of a dime as it goes a long way.

I love the texture and the product takes make up right off. The problem is a very strong banana scent. It almost makes me nauseous. Please change the scent but keep this great product.

I strongly disagree with some reviews stated the this balm is hard to wash off. That is not true. I have been using it for a while now (I got a sample) and it's the best product I have ever used. Okay, I add a little of water to it and then put it on my face. No problem washing it off. I am ordering another one as the sample is almost finishted.

I love this cleansing balm. It does a deep pot cleanse and brings excels oils and dirt to the surface. Cuts through make-up and SPF super quick. Is great to use for a facial massage as well.

Really hard to wash off, you are left with an oily layer of balm if you dont use a second cleanser... And the smell is similar to those bananas marshmallow, really unatural... and its a really small amount for the price compare to other brand like Glow recipe

This cleansing balm melts on the skin and doesn't burn the eyes. However, it's extremely hard to wash off. I had to rinse my face for almost 5 minutes. Also, don't be fooled by the low price as the size is in fact small compared to other balms. If you are looking for an effective balm that is also safe for sensitive skin and acne prone skin I recommend the Clinique one.

This removed my sunscreen and cc cream/ tinted moisturizer very well. I do use another cleanser afterwards. Makes my face balanced and soft. I prefer to use a micellar water for eye makeup thou. It smells like bananas and melts nicely into the skin , no tugging. It emulsified into a white lotion when adding water and rinsed off nicely.
