It leaves a weird orange colour on the face after you applying it. It has a funny chemical smell and it doesn't absorb well into the skin. I've used vitamin C serum from so many different brands and this one is definitely the worst of the worst.

This is by far the best vitamin C serum I have ever used! I’m a huge fan of La Roche Posay and have multiple products from this brand all of them are amazing and I’m super satisfied. I had some dark spots on my nose and cheek area and after just one month of using this serum the results were impressive! The difference was obvious and I could clearly see the brightening effect on my skin. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to even out their skin tone and achieve a radiant glow!

I'm in my mid-40s and it's my first time to use a Vit C serum and I've seen results within the first month! I don't need a lot but I noticed I could apply and spread it well all over my face (you know except my eye area). I've never had a facial in a year and only added this to my simple skincare routine (cleanser serum moisturizer sunscreen) and I've been getting compliments about my facial skin! I would really suggest that Laroche Posay replace the dropper---a lot of product oxidized and wasted. I even keep mine tightly closed immediately after squirting the product out of the dropper and I place it under the sink that's dark and cool.

The serum was orange upon purchase. At first, I didn't realize it was oxidized, but then I did some googling and saw what the colour of this serum was meant to look like - I was shocked. A non-oxidized version of this product is almost milky-white. Big price tag for a bottle that clearly doesn't work effectively to prevent oxidation on the shelf.

Nice scent but the scent may be a problem for some. I was surprised by the low YUKA score. It went on nicely no immediate irritation but the jury is still out on the effectiveness.

Love the serum. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly leaving my skin feeling fresh and hydrated. It doesn’t irritate sensitive areas. Highly recommended!

Bought at beginning of summer the girl at shoppers recommended it. But the serum turned dark colour before l could use it all. Went back to shoppers today with my concern but the young girl said she never heard of the serum turning brown. it was kept in the box and under my bathroom sink.Expiry date says 2025. Didn’t help my skin look more even or brighter a plus is my face was soft after l used it.

I’m in love with the serum itself but the packaging is awful. The dropper is ineffective for the viscousness of the serum so it gets gunky at the opening. Please laroche posay change the dispensing system and I’ll buy it for life

I kept the bottle closed tightly and in my bathroom cabinet. Still oxidized within 2 weeks of opening. Smells good and felt nice but I'll never buy again. Waste of money.

The fragrance is unbearable. The texture is sticky and doesn't absorb well, which leads to two problems. One, the product pills under gel creams/sunscreens with alcohol. And second, its failure to absorb means it oxidizes and turns orange while sitting on your skin. If you're one of the people who gave this product a positive review, I suggest you try literally any competitor vitamin c serum — you'll be blown away.
