First choice female product
I hate there are so many choices with female products but after trying the Always pure cotton flexform pads with wings, I've never used a different female product. They are comfortable, soft and have max absorption. I can put one on and have no worries of leaking during the day or during sleep time.

I was disappointed that these Always pure cotton pads didn't hold up for being the over night size 5 like I thought they would. They leaked which is very unusual for Always brand. I did like that it was made of pure cotton, no dyes or fragrances. I liked they had wings and were long and not bulky. T...

always.comThese pads are a lifesaver. For a 72 year old grandma who has to wear a pad at all times (yep 7 days a week) these are the best! I needed something that was cotton and fragrance free - as UTIs had become part of every day life along with bladder issues. I still get UTIs but they are now the exception not the norm. With that said, I HATE the wings. Please please PLEASE make these without the wings. I literally cut them off EVERY pad , EVERY use - otherwise they just bunch up, stick to my skin instead of the underwear,, and cause issues. Would have been a 5 but, as you know, I hate the wings!

always.comBeen using these since I went into menopause because with older women we have issues with incontenence. But these have failed me with coughs and sneezes. Fill up way too fast and do not protect. Would not recommend. Will be switching brands.

always.comI absolutely loved these pads! They adhered so well and were super absorbent! I loved the lightweight feeling and texture of the pads. I was able to wear them with a variety of clothing without it being obvious! They also prevent leakage and reduce odor! I highly recommend!

always.comI love this product, I'm allergic to most pads. The pure cotton is the best for me. It's thin, I feel confident that I'm not leaking everywhere when wearing a size 4 or 5. I would not want any other brand!

Changing the formula of pads constantly as quality decreases and prices increase is feeling like punishment for being a woman . I hate this product. And company

always.comI've used always pads for years and recently had burning and itching and more painful cramping. I tried the pure cotton one and it's much better but I'm scared to have another reaction to them . All pads should just be cotton the added chemicals are unnecessary .
