elfcosmetics.com/I've been using liquid liner since I was 15 and I'm 53. I was using Stila eye pen but they. must have changed the formula because it's no longer long wear. This stuff stays put all day and is a nice dark black. For the price and quality of this you simply can't go wrong. If you are new to using a brush, it will take you a minute to adjust so practice with it.

Oily skin too, but this stuff doesn't budge yet comes off easy during a wash. I basically have been going without eyeliner because I havent been able to find this in a store for months
