I own many BB brushes and most for a long time. I love most all of them. This particular brush is an epic fail. I wash all my brushes the same way and my favorite BB brushes have held up beautifully over many, many, MANY years. This brush, from the start, did not wash well. It's got a funky feel and no matter what I've tried to rewash it and get rid of that, nothing works. Another expensive brush in the trash. I've learned that I need to return brushes immediately when they are poorly made and not pay return shipping either!

I expected high quality of big and fluffy brush for this one because it was one of the most expensive brushes. It was not. Comparing other high end brand brushes I alreday have, it does not worth the price. And I think you should indocate it is made of synthetic hair since many other brushes of bobbi brown like blush brush,have natural hair.

The handle is sturdy and well made brush. I just didn't find the brush was as lush and bristles as nice as my o!d MAC one. Returned.

I had the original brush that lasted me more than 8 years. I love love that powder brush for bronzer. Works so well for me. Finally decided to buy a replacement since it's so old. I bought the exact same brush last month and I got it but it's not the same. The hair doesn't seem the same as my older ones. I do not like it. It turned out the brush hair is now synthetic and it wasn't said to me. I paid the same prize. So disappointed. But the original one was life changing, the new one not so much. I felt like I got tricked buying the new one.

I use this brush for both loose powder and compact powder foundation. It gives you natural looking face every time. If you are looking for a sheer-medium coverage, this brush is perfect. It's not for full coverage powder. The powder goes on evenly, and doesn't cake on. The tapered shape allows you to go into angular areas like the bridge of the nose and around the mouth with ease. I definitely recommend this brush!

HANDLE IS TOO SMALL. I would prefer a larger handle. but it's good. The brush is soft and easy to use.

this brush is amazing .it feels so soft on my face,blends in make up flawlessly .I can't live without it . it makes my skin so perfect.

Right when I got the brush it started shedding, without even using it yet, but is soft.

I've had a full set of BB brushes for a few years now. They shed from the very beginning. When I finish my makeup, I carefully scan for loose hairs, which are stuck all over on my face and neck , then pluck them off as my final step. I was tolerant of it for a time, thinking it might be an initial breaking in period. However, it has not lessened and I am a bit frustrated with them. So much so, that I simply don't use them. I've had a lovely angled brush, natural hair, by Trish McVoy for 22 years, which has not shed a hair once. Yes, I do know how to and do take very good care of my brushes.

During Christmastime Bobbi Brown had the most incredible sales- I pretty much bought every makeup brush to revamp my existing brushes because I believed in the quality of Bobbi Brown. This brush had been on my wish list for quite sometime. I read all the reviews beforehand, and thought all the negative ones were because of a bad batch. But no, they are right. My brush sheds every time I clean it, it smells awful-like mothballs and has become so scratchy and raggedy it looks like I've had it 10 years, not 10 weeks. My other Bobbi Brown brushes have not had this problem. Cannot recommend.
