Description states that it is a powder brush, but I never use it for this purpose. It is perfect for applying dry blushes. I use it every day.

I own almost every Clinique makeup brush. They are all really nice, luxurious..... This one; however, is the exception. The bristles are a strange texture, almost rough, and they fall out during use. I've never written a bad review before, but I had to this time.
