Disappointing, I wasn't expecting it to be a gritty physical exfoliant. Like another reviewer said, pineapple already has natural (chemical) exfoliating properties so that's what I thought made it "exfoliating." Also, the texture is more like a gel rather than a balm. Wish I could return it and get my money back.

Pineapple is a powerful fruit full of enzymes and can gently exfoliate on its own combined properly in a balm. Again, Quo is telling people this is just pineapple scented nonsense as they have to throw in cellulose to call it an exfoliant. I dream of a day when such like Quo don't cheap out and come up with a real pineapple face wash or balm like The Body Shop did long ago. That stuff was perfection.

I was disappointed to see that my local shoppers replaced my go to Quo banana cleanser with this, bought it hoping it would compare. For me it is terrible, leaves my skin looking and feeling visibly dry and tight. Does not exfoliate well at all, I have some dry flaky patches and it did nothing. Does not work well to fully remove makeup. Not worth the price, feels like a cheap grainy kids product. And I cut my finger tip opening the foil seal to add insult to injury lol
