At the urging of the Neo Strata sales rep at my local Shoppers I decided to try these pads. By day 3 I knew I was in trouble. My skin became very irritated & weeks later has not calmed down. I'm heading to a dermatologist to try to get it settled. I'm always reluctant to try new products because my skin is so sensitive. This is definitely not for all skin types.

Only complaint I have is the lack of tweezers to pick apart the pads which are tiny and tightly clumped together. It's questionable for hygiene practices and frankly annoying to pull apart without a tool. For its price point, Neostrata could improve the design.

This is the best product I've ever used. I've been using it for two years. I have received many compliments on how young and glowing my face look.

I use these pads 2-3 times a week after cleansing and removing my makeup. They get that last little bit of dirt and makeup off my face and also do some light exfoliation! I genuinely notice a difference in the evenness of my complexion when I wake up in the morning after using these. The small bumps on my face disappeared 3 weeks into using these semi-regularly. I wasn't sure what this product was supposed to do ..but after a week I noticed my face looking more balanced, less washed out, and glowing (not shiny). I finally found an acid that agrees with me. I started at 1x a day. Please don't change the formula

These were easy to use and convenient. They were gentle on my skin and didn't cause any redness or burning. I feel like the container came with a lot of the pads, so it's a good value. I just didn't really notice a difference with them. Maybe I didn't give it a long enough try?

These were just meh! They were not for me. They did absolutely nothing to help my skin. They didn't harm my skin but they did help either.

I definitely love this product! Easy to use. One pad is enough to wipe and cleanse the entire face. The result is visible already in the morning. The face looks fresher and healthier, the skin is smooth, soft and glow. No irritation or redness. Excellent ingridients, does not contain parabens and demitekon.

Unfortunately I'm not a fan. I feel like this is very pricey for the amount of product you actually get. I have tried many products with PHA and some worked better while containing much more product for a more reasonable price. I began to break out so I returned to my tried and true formula and my skin returned to normal. This may work for some people with sensitive skin but it was not right for me.
