It didn't fade away my hyperpigmentation. Instead I developed what appears to be Contact Dermatitis on my collar bone/upper chest on the 2nd day of use. I don't consider myself as someone with sensitive skin and I followed the product's instructions for proper use. I've never reacted to a topical cream before. I'm very disappointed in this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's been almost a week later and I'm still healing from the reaction. This product is so bad that it doesn't deserve any stars. 0/5 Rating. I'm not the only one whose experienced this type of reaction. There's clearly something wrong with the mixture of ingredients in this product and I hope someone at Indeed Labs or a third-party investigates these complaints.

Tried using this for 3 days and I have developed a very bumpy rash on my face that's inflamed and itchy. I'm usually very careful with the ingredients I put on my sensitive skin and I'm not sure what has caused this reaction as none of the ingredients were ones I am allergic to...it also has a terrible smell!

Every time I apply, with thick moisturizers, it feels itchy and gives me rashes, never had any issues with other products, save yourself some money please, i can't return it because it's already been 6 months but I thought I could give it a try but every time it gives me rashes...

I don't normally write reviews for skin care products but given how horrible this product turned out for me I thought I would reconsider. I have never ever (EVER!!!) experienced a skin rash to the magnitude that a single use of this product did. The contact dermatitis has been so severe it's kept me awake at night. Please be very careful when you are considering buying this product!!! I know that they brag that it's free of toxic compounds, however they have replaced those ingredients with other melanin suppressing agents. If you have particularly sensitive skin then these ingredients have the potential to trigger a serious allergic reaction. I have also read other horror stories regarding contact dermatitis associated with this product. Trust me, it's not fun and the nasty effects linger for a couple of days! Spare yourself the nightmare and consider a different product!

I'm a 26 year old and I love skincare. I have really sensitive and pigmentation prone skin. I love that this product is fragrance free and doesn't have any problematic ingredients or essential oils. The brightness of skin takes nearly a month to notice. I also use tretinoin on the side. I took one star off because you have to use it pretty regularly to notice a difference and that means using a lot of product to notice a difference. it's not going to last a long time in a tube that contains 30mL.

I actually notice a difference and it only took a couple of days! Apparently you don't need to spend $100 on a great moisturizing serum, will definitely buy again.

I wrote a review on the indeed labs website as well but they removed it because no brand likes bad press! I'm a real person who sincerely bought the product with high hopes and then had an allergic reaction. I have pictures to show the condition of my skin. Here is my original review: I had high hopes for this product and even did my patch test for 3 days and it was fine. On the 4th day I put it all over my face and the very next day I developed a rash around my eyes and cheek. It's the 5th day now and the rash is getting worst and itchy. I can't say for everyone but I'm very disappointed that this product gave me a rash before I could even know if it works. Wish I could get my money back but with the current covid 19 situation now, it's not worth going out.

Been using this for a few weeks, see a difference in the dark spots from sun damage. Great texture, exciting to see continued results.
