I started to use this when I got my dentures. They can rub in spots at the beginning and I found this rinse to be excellent to speed up healing. I also have a lot of post nasal drip which often gives me a sore throat. I gargle with this a few times and I'm good for days. My favourite feature is that you can dilute it to suit your individual needs. I start with a couple of millimetres in a glass and add about the same amount of water, which I can adjust if needed. One bottle usually lasts me several months. It really is a fantastic product and has saved me from a great deal of pain over the last few years.
