My first choice for sensitive eyes
I've used this for four years, and I love it. It's comfortable on my eyes - a huge plus - and also avoids the need for rinsing with water - another plus. Lately I've experimented with a toner after to remove the last traces, and it seems to control enlarged pores better this way.

Great Contents rubbish lid!
I love this product but hate the new lids/cap on the product as it goes everywhere! i've had to decant mine into the old bottle! Clarins.... you need to make the diameter of the cap smaller like the old style bottles so you can be more accurate getting the product onto a cotton pad.

clarinsusa.com/I always use a toner after I cleanse my face, especially after the shower. So I thought I would try this. This is more like a makeup remover. So for example, if you cleanse and treated your skin at night, you would not use this product in the morning. I'm a little confused if it's okay to use to remove eye makeup. But overall I will not use it much as it adds a little bit of an oily residue like a makeup remover would. In the mornings when I've already treated my skin at night, I use micellar water and then a toner before my treatment products. This product would not work in that situation. I suppose this could be handy to quickly take off sunscreen or dirt from outside or makeup. If you wanted to then go do something else besides treating your skin. Overall, I feel like this product is confusing. I really don't wear makeup that much so I doubt I will use this. Even at the end of the day. If I use this it feels a little too sticky and I'm I'm not sure if I should add more products to my skin like the double serum and night cream.

Customer service did send out a replacement order. The original order was sent back from the shipping receiver for unknown reasons. 🤷♀️ let's see when this shows up.
