The best micellar cleanser

laroche-posay.ca/I have been buying this for a couple of years now, and it is the very best micellar water make up remover. I have dry skin, but around my eyes, My waterproof mascara can leave a bit of black streaks. This micellar water cleans everything up and it does not dry out my skin. I've tried other brands and even Laroche Posay's gentle Micellar water cleanser, and it just doesn't remove all of the mascara and eyeliner. This is the only brand I buy, and it is worth every penny. Right now it's out of stock and I am just waiting on tenterhooks for it to come back.

I like it but don't love it
