I couldn't find my old, reliable Olay moisturizing lotion for sensitive skin in any stores. After finding out that you've changed the formula, which is generating plenty of 1 Star reviews, and those reviewers pleading with you to return to the old formula, I will no longer be buying Olay products. I am 80 years old and have been using this product for probably 50 years, when it was first called "Oil of Olay". You made a big mistake changing the formula, when there was no need to. I'm very, very disappointed and will no longer buy Olay products.

I have been using this moisturizer for years and would have given it 100/5 before but with the formula change, I can no longer use it. The smell and texture no longer work for my sensitive skin.

Change it back to the old formula PLEASE. I had been using this product for years and this new formula is horrible!!

Why would Olay completely destroy their iconic moisturizer? It was perfect the way it was, an icon for a reason. This new version doesn't sink-in, and doesn't perform as well as the original did. Everyone hates it, (please read the reviews), and if you don't change it back, you will have lost your loyal fan base that built this company. BIG MISTAKE. BRING BACK THE ICON.

Horrible product. The old school daily moisturizer was great for sensitive skin without triggering breakouts. The hyaluronic acid and niacinamide trigger rashy breakouts that take days to resolve. The old formula was a staple of mine for 30+ years. Sorry to say I've thrown out what remains of the new formula and moved on to Froya. So disappointed I had to switch. The old formula was wonderful. BTW, most of the 5 star reviews are years old, before the formula change. The current rating of the NEW formula is deceptive.

This new formula is terrible. I would leave zero stars if I could. I used the old formula for over 15 years and LOVED IT - please bring it back! The new one stings and burns and has COMPLETELY different ingredients. Please bring back the old formula and listen to your customers.

Change it back to the version without hyaluronic acid or cornstarch. As you can see all of your customers are not satisfied with the formula change in the sensitive and regular version based on their reviews. Same generic answer of "reaching out" being used....they are through the their reviews. Your company brags about being trusted for decades then you completely change the products on your customers. I hope this company lost the money and customers it deserved with the formula change. Its ridiculous at this point. The new products suck.

I am a licensed esthetician. I have used the sensitive lotion for years and recommended it to many. This new formulation is of lower quality. I can no longer recommend it. I see ingredients have been added/removed making the formula more drying.

Please bring back the original formula. Had been using it for 10 plus years without any issues. New one didn't suit my skin at all and had a huge break out and itching . May need to find another cream if original formulation not available :(

I have used this moisturizer for 15+ years, but I do not like this new formula. Fragrance is too strong, it's too thick but my skin still feels dry, and the sunscreen burns my eyes if I wipe my eyes at any point in the day (never an issue before)
