Inasmuch as I wanted to love this cream (almost "willing" for my skin to please agree with the cream), I unfortunately agree with others who found this far below par with the older sensitive skin formula. It did not at all provide me with any relief from dryness and itching. Very sad. Only reason I may buy this in the future is bc my daughter weirdly likes the smell. Reminds her of disinfected laboratory, she says. Smh! Please, please bring back the sensitive skin formula base cream 🙏🏼

I used to use the sensitive skin cream and it was a blessing for my skin, SO good. And then all of a sudden they discontinued that cream so I bought this new formula. It burns my skin every time I use it, and it still leaves me feeling very dry. The new formula is just terrible. Please bring back the sensitive formula!!

The stated ingredient list is inaccurate. The product contains mineral oil, which is not listed in the web page ingredient list. This ingredient can cause problems for some people. It's unfortunate that they discontinued the Sensitive Skin formula - it was an excellent product.

Excellent emollient cream - solves minor excema outbreaks, dermatitis and great for every day dry skin needs. Mild medical smell but fades quickly and absorbs right away.

The ingredients listed in the listing are for the sensitive skin version, which we can no longer find. The version shown has other ingredients including mineral oil and propylene glycol and dichlorobenzyl alcohol, which have caused a reaction. Please bring back the sensitive skin formula.

This is not the same product as when it was the green label. It's like they watered it down. It's more greasy and creamy. Before it was nice and pasty and worked really well for my dry eczema-proned skin. Nowhere near the same. It's incredible how different it is. Very disappointed in you Shopper's. It's like you cheaped out on the ingredients and changed it to a different product

This generic version for SENSITIVE SKIN has been discontinued I have been told! This one that is still available burns my skin and I have auto immune disorders and now that I can't get it, my life will be in extreme pain. I can't believe they would discontinue such a valuable product and leave us to pay THREE times that amount for the brand name Glaxal Base, which is an insane price just for the name. Who can afford $25.99 a week for it if they need it? Another gouge to the customer.

It is a generic version of a cream who's initials are GB. Great value and great product for folks with dry and/or sensitive skin. Yes the chemical smell could be improved but to me, it's a minor issue.

I am getting another jar today to take advantage of the sale and hoard. :) I had a bad eczema flare up this winter and I need a moisturizing cream that doesn't have any perfume in it and non irritating for my eczema on my legs. It did wonders to my allergy and now I'm close to being clear. I love Shoppers brand as it's not as pricey as other branded items that do the same thing.

This cream is the best I have ever used, very very moisturizing.
