Finally a mineral sunscreen that isn't greasy, and leaves absolutely NO WHITE CAST. This stuff is amazing. I've been recommending it to everyone.

This is a good sunscreen for the price. Below I will compare it to the Tatcha Silk mineral sunscreen, since I was hoping it could be an alternative. The Avene sunscrene has a thin consistency, very similar to Tatcha. It spreads easily, but doesn't seem to sink into the skin quickly like Tatcha. It feels like it never dries down. The product clings to the little hairs on my face and does not look good, whereas Tatcha doesn't have this problem. It smells like playdoh but that doesn't bother me. The colour has a strong yellow undertone while Tatcha has a pink undertone. I think that the Avene sunscreen might be a little more pigmented than Tatcha. The Avene sunscreen is a little too light for me (Fitzpatrick skin type 3-4), though it's passable. I am aware that the Tatcha sunscreen is over twice the price per ml so it is not a fair comparison. I compared it to Tatcha for those that are familiar with the Tatcha sunscreen and are looking for a cheaper alternative. Bottom line: It's good for a drugstore sunscreen. I took off two stars because it clings to peach fuzz on my face. Not sure if I would repurchase it for that reason. If you're looking for a sunscreen to wear when you're exercising or at the beach where you don't care too much about how it looks, this might be a good option for you.

I really like this sunscreen. Looks very natural when worn alone. I was worried how it would look under foundation... no issue. I wear L'oreal tinted serum which is light weight. I'll buy this again.

Highly recommended. It doesn't leave a white cast and isn't sticky. It disappears into the skin after being well blended. It's lightweight, gentle on the skin, and safe because it's a mineral sunscreen. I recommend it because it's rare for me to like a mineral sunscreen. Truly amazing!
