sharkninja.com/I love shark matrix such a long lasting vacuum brand. Works both on carpets and hardwood flooring. I would love to have a new updated version of this for my new house
Save your money!!!

sharkninja.com/Got as a gift less than one month ago and it constantly says something is stuck and there's nothing there. Poor customer service recommending buying a replacement part!! For something under 30 days old. Not only is it over priced poor customer service and broke this quickly, it couldn't even clean the whole down stairs without needing to stop and charge for THREE HOURS for one floor. Mind you it's not even cleaning the whole downstairs. Just the kitchen dining room master bedroom and bathroom. Not even the walkin closets , half bath, upstairs or laundry room nor mud room and can't even do that. Absolutely do not recommend .

sharkninja.com/Was easy to setup the robot vacuum guide was a breeze. It suctions almost anything lost a few necklaces but unlike a vacuum I was easily able to obtain said necklace. It's great on corners it figures out spaces really well it will turn around sometimes even before hitting something.Maintenance is low you take out the bin when it's down it charges in a spot. Simple easy and makes my life easier.
Very convenient for allergies

sharkninja.com/Very convenient for keeping the house clean! I have dust allergies so it helps me a lot with that but it is also helpful for keeping pet hair shedding under control!
Loud, expensive and subpar cleaning

sharkninja.com/The product is so loud when it empties it could wake the dead. The materials look and feel pretty cheap just a bunch of plastic. Its vacuuming abilities are subpar, mainly a robotic broom
Needs better suction to the bin

sharkninja.com/I've had for a year. Works great except for the bin frequently needing to be manually emptied instead of suctioning out. Also the little circular brush came off and is now lost.
Not worth the price for pet hair

sharkninja.com/Got this for pet hair and the sensors never stayed clean. After 20 months of use it no longer works due to "hair and debris" around sensor. Warranty only lasts a year. Not worth the price at all!

sharkninja.com/Love my robot! The customer service team was amazing when my previous robot had an issue, and this one has been awesome! Love the service and the product!
Awful loud mechanical noise. Something's wrong!

sharkninja.com/I returned the robot. It was defective, there was an awful mechanical noise from the suction fan or fan drive. Maybe a bad bearing or fan hitting the fan housing. It was much louder than our 5 year old Shark robot so we returned it.
