Amazing Hydrating Hand Soap

dialsoap.com/I bought this and went back for another bottle. I really love the scent as it is soothing to the senses. It leaves your hands feeling hydrated and soft. I ordered 4 more of the refill for my classroom.
Pump won't open!

dialsoap.com/I can't even use it! How the heck do you get the pump open? I'm turning it the way the arrow shows for 20 minutes now! So much so that there's bubbles in the product, and the pump STILL won't pump up and down!!!
Sadly changed

dialsoap.com/No longer a good soap. Very disappointing that it has been watered down. It shoots out from the dispenser, creating a mess every time. It still smells light enough for my family to tolerate a scented soap. It looks pretty in the dispenser. But, when you have to pump it more than once to get enough soap to wash your hands, and hold your hands at the perfect angle, it's no longer the soap for me. I used to love it. Now, I won't buy it, again.
White is my soap

dialsoap.com/Coconut Water & Mango refills have been a staple in our house for years; however, over the 12 months or so we have been increasingly frustrated by the products reliability. Like other reviewers, we have experienced a distinct change in the product's consistency - changing from a smooth flowing, thick liquid to semi-gelatinous which pours like partially set jelly. Once we've managed to get the product in the individual dispensers, it transforms from its original transparent blue colour and viscosity to watery, milky white with no sudsing or apparent cleansing properties. We have only used this product in our dispensers so compatibility with other manufacturers, ingredients, etc. are not factors. With the physical property and performance changes, one can only assume Henkel Dial had inferior batches a/o altered the formerly great product. I was surprized/disappointed in reading the reviews how long others have been experiencing the same issue with only copy/paste generic customer service responses. Unfortunately, we are no longer prepared to continue gambling on quality and have no plans to purchase again.

dialsoap.com/The Soap Pumps from Dial are the BEST! I use them in place of Dawn pumps..... Dawn makes pump bottles that fail after about (1) month, or sooner, forcing you to buy new product! However, Dial Pumps keep working forever!! It upsets me that some Brands engineer their products to FAIL QUICKLY, forcing you to buy new stuff. DIAL DOES NOT DO THIS ! I love that. Thank you Dial for making better Stuff !!
Made a mess

dialsoap.com/I have been buying Dial antibacterial hand soap for many years I bought Dial refill 52oz Coconut water & Mango for the first time. Not satisfied at all. The product was watery and turned white, it just made a mess.I had to empty the bottle go back to store to buy the regular one that I buy. I was not happy trying to explain to my husband what happened.

New formula not as good

dialsoap.com/Have bought this for years and recently purchased refill. This is not the same. It has thinner viscosity, smells like antiseptic, doesn't foam as well, and dries out my hands. Why did you need to mess with the formula it was working perfectly as it was. Please change it back. I don't want to switch to another brand, but I'm constantly having to use lotion on my hands, not to mention I don't feel this new formula is cleaning my hands as well as it used to.
Terribly cost reduced. Too watered down now!

dialsoap.com/So watery and cheap! It doesn't even flow into my hands because it's so watered down (Dial cost savings fail!). Just makes a mess in my sink and I'm embarrassed to have this cheap soap in my household!

dialsoap.com/I have been using the coconut water mango refill for more than 2 years, and it was great! It had a nice amount of lather and a light scent. A few months ago, I started noticing a weird, stringy layer in the soap, and the viscosity changed--it genuinely looked like tap water had been added. The change occurred within a day or two of refilling and it occurred every time I refilled. I had to dump out the dispenser, rinse it, dry it, and add all new soap. Last time, I realized I had 2 partial refill bottles of soap under the sink, so I combined them. Today, when I took the bottle out to refill it, the refill looked exactly like someone had added water. I was livid. We use the same soap in another bathroom and never have this problem. I accused one of the kids of adding water to the dispenser, and then to the refill bottle, but she vehemently denied it. In desperation, I went to DialSoap.com and read through product reviews. When I discovered I was not the first customer to experience this issue, it was a relief. I didn't have this issue with the other bathroom because I had bought extra refills at the same time (ie, I was using the old formula every time). Shame on you, whoever manages the marketing for this product, for not clearly labeling this "new formula" and at least acknowledging that the 2 versions can't be mixed. The resulting soap was not only ugly, but the change in viscosity made it impossible to pump out of the soap dispenser. It is genuinely the consistency of water. I won't buy Dial hand soap anymore because I don't want to risk another weird reaction from a formula change.
