We are very happy that our child with eczema and severe anaphylactic allergies finds a bit of relief with this product. He finds that the texture and absorption are very good and that it does not feel greasy on his body. We have tried many creams over the years and it is wonderful to have finally stumbled upon something that doesn't sting. He does report that the cream does reduce his itching a bit, which is incredible. That said, the bottle and the pump are not great, I just had to cut open three bottles and put them into a container. It is far too much waste left in the container and on top of the pump doesn't work well. If you could please consider a better quality system we would appreciate it, and would be happy to trial a new system.

The product is amazing! BUT.... I am always disappointed that a significant amount of product remains at the bottom of the bottle that the pump dispenser cannot bring up. It is very frustrating and such a waste

I've been using this lotion for years because it's the only one my child with very sensitive skin can use. I have no complaints about the lotion itself, but the bottle design is terrible. Just look at the reviews here. There have been many complaints about the bottle for years. I even emailed customer service about it, but nothing has improved. Since it's not always easy to find this in stores, I often order it online. The pump frequently causes problems. Sometimes the bottle arrives leaking, or the pump is defective. Even when about one-third of the lotion is still left, the pump can no longer reach the product. The only options are to cut the bottle open or throw away the remaining lotion.

Purchased 400ml bottle with pump. Pump is defective, but customer service asked I return the whole bottle to retail store. Absolutely ridiculous - why can't they just send me a pump. The other issue maybe is that the cream is so thick, it is hard to pump out.

I have used Lipikar Baume AP+Max for only one week and I am noticing a huge difference. I bought it for my body since my legs and arms are always itchy and dry no matter what moisturizer I use, (and I've tried everything from oils to very thick creams). My skin is vastly improved with no scaling and absolutely no itching. I have a small red patch of itchy skin on my thigh which has almost gone even after this short time. Tonight I used it on my face for the first time. It may have become my go-to moisturizer after using my Skinceuticals vitamin C serum in the morning and after my retinoid cream at night.

Caused breakout on my face and some around my neck. What a waste of money.

I have been using the old Lipikar triple baume for a few years and was so happy to find it when I was having sking issues. It was the only lotion I found, and I tried many, this didn't leave a skicky feeling on my skin. When I saw the new packaging I had hoped the actual bottle and pump was maybe the improvement, and a person wouldn't have to cut the bottle in half to get the last third of the lotion from the bottle. I was very disappointed hte insant I tried the new formula, it's sticky and awful! I will not be buying it again, and will be returning the extra unused bottle. I sure hope the Cicaplast Baume B5 won't be changed.

High quality product! Tried many things and it was the only one to help clear my face and not cause any additional issues. Will only use this product from now on!
