I have been using this shampoo and conditioner together, and I am very pleased with the results! I have fine, low porosity, soft finish type 2 hair that is protein sensitive. This is awesome, because it nourishes my hair without weighing it down! The shampoo cleanses my hair and scalp without stripping moisture, and a little goes a long way - it is nice and sudsy. The conditioner has lots of slip for detangling, and it leaves my hair smooth without being too heavy. The conditioner seems to be a little bit enhancing also, because when I squish to condish, I get really nice clumps and waves in the shower, even before styling! I love that my style holds for a few days after using this shampoo and conditioner. It's the most affordable HG shampoo and conditioner I have tried!

I have very fine very curly hair. I have never had a shampoo and conditoner (the light weight curls conditioner) dry my hair out as much as this. I can't even get my hands through my hair after using it, it left a tangle mess and had to use about 5 times more detangler and leave in conditioner than normal after using this product. I do not recommend it at all.
