Hello, I bought this today. Unlike some users, I managed to get readings, but I have smaller arms. However, I specifically bought this more expensive model based on the feature of blue tooth so that I don't have to try to remember the readings or keep a log book. But- like others already reported - i also was not able to pair it with my Samsung phone. It gets an error message 7- failed to pair. The instructions manual says it should be a 6 digits code but the display numbers appear in small and large font so it is hard to decide if it is a 4 numbers or 6 numbers code. Tried both ways, but it is still not pairing. BUT the downloaded app does allow for manual entry of measurements, so that is at least something that can be used. Another problem- the display stays on for about 20 seconds- so if I am trying to write down the numbers or pair- it has to be turned on every 20 seconds or so and then scroll around again from the main screen to find those measurements because it starts in the "take blood pressure measurements" screen each time the unit is turned on. There is no "menu" so I have to press the memory "M" button repeatedly to try to scroll to past measurements and maybe some of the + or - buttons. I hate that it turns off so fast and I have to start all over again. So although it is simple - it is frustrating to have no structure on how to navigate previous info. The manual has no instructions how to navigate the M function. The power cable does not turn on the machine. Plugged into 2 different power outlets with no success. There is no on / off switch. It seems to turn on only when running on batteries, which come with the unit. Given that most machines out there have a 2 or 3 stars rating, I guess I am stuck with keeping it for now.

This was a replacement for my previous monitor that was over ten years old. I chose this one because I liked the idea of using reading in an app on my phone. After several attempts the monitor would not pair with my iPhone 11. I asked my daughter to help and she could not pair it. Also the cuff was very frustrating. I kept getting error messages and unreliable readings. I returned it and do not recommend this product.

The 12 features are if you can connect the monitor to the phone but BT does not work. The velcro is difficult to use and the cuff is flimsy. The instructions are vague and printed in small light gray characters. The manual is more disclaimers than instructions.

I bought it two days ago and it does not even properly set up day and time let alone for the cuff to properly fit and measure

Wow. I don't even know where to start. Never have I been so injured from a product's normal use before. Never-the-less a health product. The cuff would get so tight me and my wife would be squinting our eyes in pain. I tried loosening it and get error that it is too loose. Tightened just a bit more and was forced to take it off after the third... yes THIRD time it tried to inflate in a row without giving a reading, hurting more with each time. Even when it does give a reading, it takes so long for the air pressure to release that your left wondering if your arm will ever be the same. I actually felt light headed and disoriented for several minutes after using this, the pressure was so high. Left bruising and marks on both mine and my wife's arms. We both have very different sized arms too. A home product like this should have safety measures in place so that the cuff doesn't get too tight and damage your arm. This should be removed from shelves immediately as it poses an extremely high chance of injuring consumers.

This is driving me nuts. I've tried to leave this review multiple times. This product is certified garbage, it does more harm than good. It inflates to dangerous levels and leaves bruising and pinch marks. After the extended time that it inflicts torturous levels of pain on you, it gives an error code. Leaving the arm sore, numb and uncomfortable for the rest of the day. They have to be held accountable, clearly, this isn't just a one-off. I think I will limit my spending here to the bare necessities.

Garbage. Constant Error 2 messages and does not register readings. Inflated to the point of pain mid test. DO NOT BUY. I can't return so I'm stuck with it. GARBAGE

Really difficult to change user, inflation pressure really high (180) every time, buttons felt cheap not sure how long they would last. Downloaded app for Bluetooth but would not connect. Returned it.

A bit difficult to put correctly on. It keeps displaying error messages. Once on, it is fine but instructions should be clearer as to how it should be adjusted.t

Just purchased the unit today. After several tries i still dont have a reading from it.. Error messages every time. Its a piece of junk. Taking it back tomorrow
