I admit I used to routinely buy the Always Maxi Pads with wings but ever since I switched to the Kotex Winged Extra-Heavy Overnight Pads, I've literally never looked back. They're perfect for the first few days of my period when my flow is at its heaviest and also for total coverage overnight which I always worry about. The extra-long length + the fact that it has a Y-shape at the end means zero leakage or staining even if I move around throughout the night. They absorb SO well without feeling overly bulky like I'm wearing a whole diaper. They're also waaay softer than those paids I used to use and now I get no irritation at all even when wearing them all day. I also like that they stay securely in place and hold up well for several hours without bunching, shifting or tearing/falling apart. On top of all that, they're more affordable overall so 10/10 - my new go-to pads!

These pads were SUPER thick. Anyone with endometriosis or a super heavy flow - these are definitely perfect for it. It was very soft and it didn't leak. It was very full coverage and especially good to wear during night time.

Full coverage. Pretty thick and absorbent. Multiple sticky tabs that help it stay in place inside of your underwear. Perfect all night protection!

These are great pads for a heavy flow. I use these when I don't want to wear tampons and they are comfortable, lightweight, and absorbent. These are small enough to fit easily in a purse.

These pads are great for overnight or heavy flows. I found these pads to be exceptionally long. They did get bunched up and ended up being a little uncomfortable because of it. I appreciate that these are fragrance free. I will use up the package, but I don't think I will repurchase due to the length.

Need full coverage! These are your answer! Overnight I felt like I had no worries to think about with leakage due to how effective these were. As much coverage as they offered it also didn't feel like I was wearing them! Highly recommend these for overnight protection

These overnight pads from Kotex work well, absorb heavy flow. They're extra thick and padded to hold a night's worth. They feel soft and the adhesive is strong so the pad doesn't move when you move in your sleep. The only thing I noticed is these pads could be an inch or 2 longer to cover the entire backside for when you lie on your back there's absolutely no leakage.

Plus size friendly. Never seen a pad so huge, def covers front to back. Just super thick, would only recommend for bed time as this would for sure show through tight clothing. Also though it's absorbent, it can't work miracles. Not to get graphic but solid pieces will still just sit on top. I'll stick to period panties for overnight but if you need a super long, thick, absorbent bad and have very very heavy flow this would probably be great for you.

I really love these overnight pads. They absorb really well and keep me feeling dry and comfortable throughout the night.I tend to toss and turn a lot when i sleep , but I haven't had any leaks or stains on my underwear so far. They're also soft and smooth , which is really important for sensitive skin. Definitely a great choice for sleeping.
