Go for the cheaper version of this! I cannot believe how bad the app is! I thought it would 'map' your leg/underarm/whatever and then tell you if you missed a spot or something. Nope! Its purpose seems to be to give you an alert when it's the day to do a weekly treatment. Just use your calendar! SO STUPID I cannot believe I spent more for this app that seems like it's from 2000. Can't say anything yet about the device. It's been three weeks and I've seen zero results. Nothing. But I've read that this is totally normal, so ...

I love how easy the Braun Skin i•expert Smart IPL makes at-home hair removal. The smart guidance takes out the guesswork, and with consistent use, my skin feels noticeably smoother with less regrowth.

I've had the Braun IPL 5 for over five years. I can go months without seeing any hair. It finally died and I upgraded to this and love it even more. The adjustable head makes it easy to glide even on hard to zap places like your wrists. So quick and easy. For the last four years, I've only been using it every 3-4 months and still only because I barely see hair, mostly just peach fuzz. I've used it on my face, underarms, arms, and legs.

I've used this device twice and I like it better than the ulike air10 and the 3. I bought the ulike 3 first and after 100 days of every other day use it still wasn't working. It worked a bit but not like I needed it to. So I switched up to the air10 and that worked better but the head is small and the customer service told me to go over the same areas two or three times since my hair is dark and dense esp on my legs. I used the highest setting "super hair remover" which makes two flashes go off and then takes a few seconds to be able to flash again so it took up to a hour to complete the sessions on my lower legs, underarms and bikini area. After months of every other day or every two days, I would still see the black dots reemerge on my legs.. So I bought this one and I'm very happy. Sessions take 15 min tops and it's once a week. I can feel the unit's flash is stronger and the hair isn't growing back as fast at all. My underarms really have no hair anymore and my legs have very sparse hair and my bikini only has hair in the intimate area that just won't stop growing back but otherwise it has worked the way it should. I highly recommend this product over ulikes.

This is my first time ever using a device like this . I must say, I've had a positive experience thus far . I love the quality of this set and how easy it was to use and follow directions . I've used this on my legs and arms so far . No irritations on my skin. I have not used it enough to see many results yet but I'm continuing use . I really love having this option in my hands to get my desired long term results . I really don't care for shaving .

I've had a great experience with this IPL device. It's easy to use, comfortable, and fits into my routine. With consistent use, my skin feels smoother and hair growth appears reduced. A great at-home option.

This BrAun laser system is just what I needed because my spa treatments expired and guess what my hair came back, and with a vengeance. I love that is corded because the power this thing has is insane even when I was using it at a low intensity. The design has a curve body that fits perfectly in my hand and is not heavy at all, very lightweight. I love all the attachments it has because they function for small and large areas.

Okay you guys, this right here is a 10/10! Oh my, I love it so much cause it actually gets the job done. The fact that it comes with a travel bag is even better. It's easy to use and easy to clean. It also comes with instructions if you need it.

Purchased the IPL 5 series directly from Braun ($400!!). Two days after 1st treatment experienced a few stubbles. I had one question: may I retreat now, or should I wait a full week btw treatments? And one follow up question: if I need to wait, may I tweeze the stubble? I started by looking for the answer thru an FAQ on on the website. Not there. So I entered my 1st question into the chat. It took 6 minutes for a rep to reply. Okay. I get it, but the response made no sense. I followed up with a simpler question. After a few more back and forth I THINK (still not certain) the rep stated I need to wait a full week. I asked the follow up about tweezing and again, the reply did not indicate the rep understood my question. After expressing concern about a lack of confidence in the advice, I was directed to call an 800 number. This interaction took almost 30 minutes, I am disappointed that what I would guess is not an uncommon question went unanswered. I called the 800 number and no one answered!!! Arrgh!!!!! So I am writing this review hoping that someone at Braun follows up!!!!
