I have a good supply of traditional Intral cleanser. (I thought it was my lifetime cleanser.) But no longer any Intral toner to follow up with. What to do? The new Intral micellar/toner formulation is a cleanser not a toner - see Darphin's own product description - and I use it as an alternative quick cleanser. It is a good replacement for the Azahar Water Micellar cleanser. But it is not a replacement for the Intral toner. I now have TWO Intral cleansers but I don't know how to use the traditional one because there is no follow-up toner available. As long as Darphin continues to sell the traditional Intral cleanser they should continue to sell the traditional Intral toner - they are a pair! Please bring it back.

I have read the many disappointed reviews and faced Darphin removing and changing Mr Darphin's long standing natural botanical products, since taken over by Estee Lauder. Though I have used up my my original Intral Toner, I refuse to even try this revised version. The reviews tell me this product is NOT a clean, refreshing gentle toner as it originally was. Reading the feedback from the Estee Lauder Rep on the consumers concerns of this product also comes across to me as nonchalant back to the consumer! I want you ladies out there to know I have used Darphin's "original" skin care products for well over 30 years, his skin care regime was simple, clean and natural; all I used was his original formulas of the Intral cleanser, Intral toner and Predermine anti-aging skin cream, morning and evening; I have beautiful skin at age 63. But Darphin(Estee Lauder) have now changed these products and now have many more unnecessary products to sell you! Sadly this forces me to look elsewhere for natural quality products for my skin, also that don't cost ridiculously exorbitant.

I was a big fan with the old Intral Toner + the Azahar cleansing micellar water and this new intral toner reformulation is the Best OF Both Worlds! I have extremely sensitive skin and the new version doesn't burn at all. Combined the soothing and calming effect + the cleansing and refreshing of a micellar water . They created a product that does it all! After 10 years using Darphin I'm still satisfied and please with everything! They never sent me anything free for review I was just sad it received that negative criticism. This is better than the old intral toner trust me !

I've been using Darphin Intral line since the age of 24 and goodness knows how much money that adds up to over the decades. Having said that, it's been worth it - until now! I finally used up my large stash of the original Intral Toner and Intral Balm. Both of which have been discontinued. I've read many terrible (but honest) reviews of the Intral Daily Micellar Toner, but also had to find out for myself. Sadly, all the poor reviews ARE TRUE. I will not purchase it again, as it was drying, and my rosacea prone skin is not happy. Now I have to find an alternative to Darphin. I do not recommend this Micellar Toner, it is not worth the price. Darphin -- if you read your reviews - please listen to your customers and bring back the original toner.

I didn't know about this toner until this year so I can't compare to the 'old formula' however this toner has calmed my redness and has not caused my face to breakout. That doesn't sound like a tall order but it's taken a lifetime to find one that truly works. My skin looks glowing, is plump and is oh so soft afterwards. I love this product and will be sticking with it as long as I can.

I always thought if I could own only three beauty products, Intral Toner would have been at the top of my list. I LOVED it. I was SO disappointed when the product was discontinued. After spending quite a bit of money trying to find a similar product, my face started breaking out. Long story short, I decided to give Intral Daily Micellar Toner a try once more and my face cleared up in a couple of days. I'm really glad I tried it again. It's not the same as the original toner but it still works great.

The original intral toner was awesome and you should bring it back. The micellar toner does not support the purpose of the intral line. It dries out the skin and is way too harsh. I beg you to bring back the original toner.

I cannot believe you changed the formula on a perfect product. I turned all my friends onto this back in the late 90's. I raised my children up on the lotion cleanser and toner. They never had breakouts and will also be disappointed with this product being discontinued. They are now 18 and 26, would've been lifelong customers. Santa ALWAYS stuffed stockings with Darphin. Disappointed.

Intral toner has been part of my routine for 20 years - why would you ruin an effective product so many people love?? This one is horribly fragranced and does not even feel like a toner, I used it once and will never use or purchase this again. The original is gentle and can be used on the eye area, this one does not compare and should be discontinued. The Intral line is for sensitive skin so I'm baffled why you would make this with such a strong fragrance. Please, please, please bring back the original intral toner!!

I love the smell & feel and use it twice a day. I bought it in the spring and follow it up with Serum & stabilising lotion or soothing cream. My skin is visibly improved & many have noticed & given me compliments. It's a joy to use.
