I received this as a complimentary gift with my order. It is nearly impossible to remove the top! Thanks for sending it to me as a gift, but will not be purchasing it in the future due to this malfunction

I got this as a bonus and it's possible that it got hot on the way here (summer in the South). It appears that the liquid has separated and formed some kind of gel blob in the middle. It remains unopened but I think I'll throw it out.

I have very sensitive eyes. This is one of the first eye makeup removers that does not irritate my eyes or stings them. It takes off regular and waterproof long-wearing eye makeup very easily. I then rinse with water and it doesn't leave a residue like other brands I have tried. Also doesn't feel heavy or greasy. I will definitely repurchase.

There is nothing really more to say! It's the best! I've used other high quality brands considered "the best," and they are also good. But this one is better! Nothing oily to remain. And for some reason, other brands seem to "leak" when I give them a shake. This gets the make up off, gets you clean, and not oily! I've bought it many times, and keep coming back for more.

Great for removing makeup.

This makeup remover takes off long-wear eye makeup better than any other product I've used while leaving skin feeling good and hydrated. You can use much less than with a typical makeup remover and also save time (and remover pads) because it's more effective.

My skin is so sensitive. This is the only makeup line I use, and the only makeup remover that works! Please please please bring it back! I ran out of this remover and just stopped wearing makeup. Trying to use anything else just doesn't work.

I have used this product for years. It completely, but gently, removes waterproof mascara, as well as long wear makeup. I LOVE this stuff! It has been unavailable since last fall, which has forced me to purchase other brands in its place. NOTHING comes even close to this. The other products do not remove waterproof mascara without a lot of effort— which means they are not gentle! And some of them are irritating to my eyes. This product is in a class all it's own— sure hoping it stays in the BB lineup.

This is the ONLY eye makeup remover that I'd use for my sensitive eyes! Please do not discontinue! There is a rabid fan following of this product, and Bobbi Brown will do itself a HUGE disservice if this is discontinued! Please bring it back. Thank you!

I use this every day! Went to order more and its unavailable. Noooo! Is it backordered? if not, Please bring it back or something even better. I only use waterproof mascara, and it's so gentle on my lashes. Any info to pass on about this wonderful product? Its my all time favorite. Thanks for letting me vent.
