They have shaved down all the absorbent material from the rest of the pad to nothing, so when you exceed the absorbance of the zone (and you will) there is nothing to catch it. shoppersdrugmart.caThe #5 product but with the wings are my go to buy. The wings keep it in place better than the ones without will often leak. Great for travel as since I have had cancer this happens. The only thing about the sticky suff I find it bends over on the top often as it is not always sticking to some of the underwear fabric, but it ends up sticking to you.
