The product begins, instead, to ooze from the neck of the pump… appearing different in color and texture and having NO firming action at all. Extremely disappointing, and at a hefty price point a huge waste of money.

I've used the leaked product when I'm able but most of the time I'm finding dried product on the outside, and that is not usable. Was looking forward to this product but I am so disappointed. Won't repurchase.

I plan to use it more regularly when we get home from vacation-iit's hard to stay on a routine during vaca!
