I tend to have hormonal acne with my period, mostly on my chin, and I tried the hydro seal patch just as I could feel a few pimples starting to show up. I put one on my chin before going to bed and kept it all night. It was very confortable, I almost couldn't feel it, it didn't disturb my sleep at all. I was afraid it would be hard and painful to remove, but it wasn't, it came off very easily. I could see the white sebum the patch sucked out of my skin, and the pimples were almost all gone. I can still feel a small bump where the biggest one was, but it hasn't broken out yet. Very happy with the result, will use again!

They worked modestly at best. Thankfully, there are new products on the horizon, and some work really well! Band-Aid Hydro Seal Acne Blemish Patch are a new product for the treatment (and I've found) the prevention of acne, in acne prone areas. The patches are hydrocolloid (kind of like blister bandages), that go over acne or acne-prone areas. Left on for at least 8 hours (works well for me overnight), it absorbs the oil from an acne-prone zone or the contents of developed acne. My skin clears with an overnight application. For acne-prone zones, the pores drain and shrink over night. For actual pimples, the redness and swelling melts away. It's pretty magical. Not perfect (it won't erase big zits, but it will minimize them) - but so much better than many options. Who would I recommend this product for? Anyone with acne - mild or moderate. It offers a reset for problem areas and helps reduce established pimples.

It comes in one size, triangular and rather large so it would be good for a larger area or multiple spots close together. They seem a bit wasteful if you only have one spot or multiple spots on different areas. The patches are quite thin which makes them not really feel like much once you have it on, but the size makes it tricky to place fully flat and might take a couple tries to get used to that. I used on my chin overnight and in the morning the patch was still stuck, it has removed some gunk and was actually quite easy and painless to remove

I am satisfied with the result after one night, it absorbs fluids from pimples and helps it cure. The only thing that I hope Band Aid could improve would be having smaller patches and maybe different size.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I was a little surprised at how large these are, they pretty much cover your entire cheek in a shiny clear bandaid. Needless to say you won't wear these outside of the house so I'd suggest in the evening or overnight. It did take away the blemish that was starting so it works just as well as the tiny ones I've used from another company. Found these in a larger drugstore

They put it on overnight and the patch sealed well and stayed on the whole night. Both teens liked that the patch was big enough to cover several pimples, provided they were in a tight cluster. Everyone thought it was easy to use and were okay with using a patch when they used it overnight. Neither would use this product 'in public' though. In general it helped to reduce acne inflammation, which was appreciated.

I have tried Hydro Seal Acne Blemish Patch - Hydrocolloid Pimple Patches, Face Pimple Spot Care on several part of my face where there is a cluster of pimples with white heads. I applied the patch at night and the next morning when I removed it I noticed that it sucked the pus out of the pimples. It is good to have it handy if you would like an easy way to get rid of the pimples heads and have a clean face.
