I have been a makeup artist for nearly 20 years. I always lean toward drugstore mascaras as I've always found them to just perform better than high end. That being said, I probably have upwards of 30 high end mascaras that I've purchased for my kit (usually on sale) or have received in a beauty box....

It doesnt make my lashes feel heavy, and it doesnt flake off into my eyes. The curl of the brush also helps to curl my lashes for better definition. The packaging is cute in a pink gold and black tube to make you feel like you're using luxury. I would buy this again. Last Pic is before I used the mascara
